Freeze – Illustration Friday

I’ve retained this character from last week. I may even let him stick around for a while.

I’m not sure why but every time I take part in Illustration Friday all my illustrations seem  to come out looking like children’s illustrations. I don’t mean that they look like they were drawn by kids(although I’d be oddly okay with that) but that they look like they belong to the children’s book illustration genre.

Maybe that’s fine. If I keep doing these once  a week I might have another section to add to my website soon.

I was actually thinking of making the snowmen look like aliens. I abandoned that idea out of the fear that they might just turn out to look like poorly drawn snowmen. I choked in other words.
